From I-81 take exit 57A to merge with I-26E towards Johnson City

From Kingsport, take I -26 East toward Johnson City.

From Johnson City, take I-26 North toward Kingsport.

Take Exit 17 (old exit 38) (Boones Creek) off of I-26. If you are coming from Kingsport, turn right at the end of the exit toward Cracker Barrel. If you are coming from Johnson City, turn left at the end of the exit toward Cracker Barrel. You will be on Boones Creek Road.

Turn left immediately past Boones Creek Christian Church onto Christian Church Road. When you come to the stop sign (about 1 mile) turn right onto Carroll Creek Road then immediately left onto Cornerstone Drive.
